Siros Satrabhaya leads J.D. Power operations in Thailand and Vietnam. He is responsible for client service and the delivery of Voice-of-the-Customer based insights and solutions that support the growth and success of clients.
Mr. Satrabhaya has more than 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry and automotive supply chain with research and consulting expertise in customer satisfaction improvement, business strategy (market entry strategy), automotive retail operation audit and improvement.
Mr. Satrabhaya joined J.D. Power in 2012 in the Bangkok office as Consulting Manager of the Automotive Practice before assuming the role of Country Manager in 2013 and leads the growth of the local office in Thailand. In 2017, he was assigned to lead the practice for the Vietnam market.
Prior to joining J.D. Power, Mr. Satrabhaya worked at CHEP (Thailand) Ltd, where he led many business development projects in providing automotive supply chain and logistics’ solutions for major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and business units’ strategy planning.
Prior to that, he worked at the Thailand Automotive Institute in the Automotive Part Supplier Development Department.
Previously, he consulted with leading companies and brands across several industries regarding new market assessment and entry strategies, how to achieve business performance gains through a deeper understanding of Voiceof- the-Customer and converting this to actionable improvement.
Mr. Satrabhaya earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Chiang Mai University and a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University.
