Kaustav Roy is responsible for long-term strategic partnerships with J.D. Power clients for the India market, specifically in Automotive industry, delivering insights through research-based consulting work.
Mr. Roy provides strategic consulting on product planning, network operational improvements, that assist OEMs in managing their customer experience and business performance. He also spearheads the newly formed Data and Analytics consulting domain at JD Power Singapore, that aims to advise clients on analytics usage for optimized business and process execution.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2011, Mr. Roy was Group Project Director at TNS Global responsible for overall quantitative research and client engagement and managed a business unit.
Previously, he worked in Customer Relationship Management with Honda Cars India responsible for developing CR systems for Honda India under the guidance of Honda Motor Company— Japan.
Mr. Roy earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology in India.
